Ingredients

  • 250g cream cheese
  • 65g sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 120ml EVERYDAY milk (100ml water + 20g EVERYDAY milk powder)
  • 80ml whipping cream
  • 15g corn flour

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese until fluffy and light. Then, pour in sugar and continue to beat for another 2 minutes.
  2. Slowly add in eggs, one at a time, and vanilla essence.
  3. Pour in the EVERYDAY milk and whipping cream. Beat until well mixed. Then, sift in corn flour and mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into lined 6” cake tin. (Ensure to line cake tin with parchment paper over the rim and tucked into the bottom)
  5. Place into air fryer and bake at 200°’C for 20 mins. Ensure cheesecake is still jiggly in the centre while the top has darkened.
  6. Let it cool inside air fryer until room temperature and refrigerate for 2 hours before consuming.
