Whisk eggs with sugar until pale and fluffy (Batter is ready when you can draw an ‘s’ over the top).
Mix NESCAFÉ coffee powder into warm EVERYDAY milk) and stir well.
Add in oil to the whisked egg mixture and continue to beat for 1 minute. Then pour in coffee mixture and beat for another 1 minute.
Sift in flour, EVERYDAY milk powder and baking powder. Then using a spatula, fold into the batter until smooth.
Pour into lined or greased small loaf tin (6.5 x 3.5 x 4.2” or depending on air fryer size). Bake in air fryer/ oven at 160°’C for 20 minutes (Can add 2-3 minutes if prefer the top slightly darker).
