3 tablespoons (33g) EVERYDAY milk powder + 200ml water

Directions
In oil, lightly fry add Bay Leaves, Cardamom and Cloves.
Once slightly fried, add fennel seed, curry leaves & green or red chilies.
Add in blended onion (1 1/2 Onion) and mix well. Once slightly cooked, add ginger and garlic paste.
Then add blended tomato (1/2 tomato) and cook well.
Then add sliced onions (1/2 onion) & sliced tomatoes (1/2 tomatoes) and stir fry well. This remaining balance onions & tomatoes give texture to the curry.
Once thoroughly cooked, add Turmeric Powder, Chili Powder and Coriander Powder and stir well till raw smell is gone.
Add salt to taste and chicken until cooked well.
Taste the salt level again and add if necessary.
Let simmer for a few minutes until cooked through.
Add EVERYDAY milk according to curry concentrate preference.
