Ingredients

  • 100g icing
  • 100g castor sugar
  • 12g corn flour
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 3 pcs egg whites
  • 1/2 cup NESTUM

For the cream:

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup NESTUM
  • 2 tbsp whipping cream
  • Strawberry
  • Blueberry

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Except the nestum.
  2. Whisk the ingredients at medium high speed for 8 mins.
  3. Fold in the nestum in the meringue mixture.
  4. In a tray with a parchment paper. Pipe the meringue.
  5. Bake for 60mins at 140degc. Set aside to cooldown.
  6. In mixing bowl whip the cream until medium hard peak.
  7. In a bowl combine NESTUM condensed milk and whipping cream to create a sauce.
  8. Mix in the sauce into the whipped cream.
  9. Using a piping bag, put the cream on top of mini pavlova
  10. Put some strawberry and blueberry on top of the mini pavlova and sprinkle some NESTUM.
